CLARION CALL WORLDWIDE MINISTRIES - He said, I am the voice of the one crying in the
Apostle Catherine L. White

Catherine had been a member of the First Schwenkfelder Church, Philadelphia, Pa. under the pastorate of the late Rev. T. Arnold Brooker from her youth. She participated in many church auxiliaries and in 1981 received the call to preach the gospel.  This woman of God was ordained and licensed at her home church as Reverend Catherine L. White in October of 1990. As the Lord furthered her ministry she became a member of Victory Worship Center under the pastorate of Apostle/Bishop Brian D. Edwards. It was at this time that she was ordained into the pastoral office. Pastor Cathy also led in the development of the Victory Inspirational Ministries Institute where she was Dean of Christian Education. She served in that capacity for three years. In June of 1995, she was released to become the Assistant Pastor at Generation for Christ Fellowship Church.

During this stage of ministerial development, through hands on training, she further developed her pastoral call. She gained key experiences that would take her through the next transition in ministry.  Catherine White holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Geneva College of Pennsylvania, Masters of Divinity Degree from Lutheran Theological Seminary of Philadelphia, Pa., Doctor of Divinity Degrees from GOBAL University, Baltimore MD and Eastern Theological Seminary in Lynchburg Virginia. In October of 1997 a bible study began at the home of her sister. This fellowship blossomed and grew into what God has called “Clarion Call Worldwide Ministries”, where Pastor Catherine White is founder and pastor. This young branch of Zion’s call is out of St. John 1:23 “the voice of one crying in the wilderness, make straight the way of the Lord.” As the word clarion means a loud cry or call to alarm or attention, this body of believers comes in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ to call men, women, boys and girls back to a life of holiness in relationship with Jesus Christ. They come in the strength, mercy and love of God. God increased her territory. In October of 2003 Apostle Cathy was lead to launch Clarion Call #2, The Clarion Call Spirit and Truth Ministries, which is under the leadership of Pastor Maria Tonia Holmes. In November of 2003 under the guidance and direction of the Lord a new call was placed on her life.

Pastor Cathy answered the call and was consecrated into the office of Apostle by Apostle Dr. Annette Martin, Apostle Brian Maitland and Apostle Dr. Barbara Moore. The apostolic call on her life had been evident for some time. The people of God gathered to affirm and agree with the work that He called and set her apart for. In March of 2005 there was the birth of yet another ministry from Clarion Call; “Stylwaters Café” under the leadership of Pastor Ramona Gaines. It is a gospel café that gives young people a venue for their many gifts and talents. In July of 2008 Apostle Robin Jackson of Wilmington, Delaware was led of the Lord to bring her ministry, Clarion Call Deliverance Ministry, under the apostolic covering of Clarion Call Worldwide Ministries. God’s hand further pressed this woman of God as she consolidated the works of Clarion Call and in April of 2009 she was consecrated Presiding Prelate and Bishop of Clarion Call Worldwide Ministries. The primary body of Clarion Call is now known as Clarion Call Worship Center where Pastor Maria Tonia Holmes has been installed as Pastor and the Delaware work, Clarion Call Deliverance Ministry, was officially brought in as part of the Clarion Call Fellowship of Churches, under the Pastorate of Apostle Robin Jackson. Annually Bishop/Apostle Cathy travels to Africa as a member of The ACD Vaughn International Network of Women in Ministry to minister to the needs of brothers and sisters in Africa and to spread the good news of God’s Kingdom. Through Praise and Worship comes a sound from heaven through her voice. Through the new songs a Psalmist-healing comes. Bishop/Apostle Cathy is a sought after conference teacher and preacher.
